How long does the battery last?
According to the manufacturer: 8–12 days of normal use, 5–7 with heavy use and 25–30 on standby. It depends on how you use the band.
How do I charge it?
With the included magnetic cable (5 V, ≥ 500 mA). A full charge takes under 2.5 hours.
What exactly does it measure?
Heart rate and HRV around the clock, blood oxygen (SpO₂), sleep, stress, steps, calories and distance, plus women’s health reminders. These are wellness estimates, not a diagnosis.
Can I swim or shower with it?
The manufacturer rates it IP68, but we recommend keeping it out of the pool and the shower to look after it.
Does it work with my phone?
It works with iOS 9+ and Android 5+ over Bluetooth, with a free companion app.
Is it a medical device?
No. It is a wellness device: its readings are for reference and do not replace a medical test or diagnosis.
