At ALVA we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange, with no need to give a reason.

To request a return, email us at alvashopinfo@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the steps to follow.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with its packaging wherever possible.

Once we receive and check the return, we will process the exchange or refund within a reasonable time, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
