Does it hurt or feel too tight?
It shouldn't. It's adjusted with straps until you feel gentle tension in your shoulders, not pain. If it feels tight, loosen the side straps — the correct fit should feel firm, not uncomfortable.
Can I wear it while driving or sitting all day?
Yes, it's designed exactly for that: office, car, studying. We recommend starting with 20-30 minute sessions and gradually increasing the time, rather than wearing it all day right away.
Does it show under clothing?

How long should I wear it each day?
